speakers pop anytime radio comes on or changes tune

I recently installed a Sony Xplod GT710, I installed it my self and have installed maybe 3 other stereo's in past vehicle's.

Ever since I installed the radio from the driver side rear speaker i hear a pop anytime i turn the radio on or change channels or track on cd, etc.... has anybody else had this problem and been able to rememdy it, i have checked the wiring where i connected the speaker and its good.... I failed to mention even if i fade out that speaker i still hear the pop.

I have been told a capacitor could help that problem. Any Suggestions on what i should try first.
