Need help on DVD set up

I currently have an Alpine 9813 couple eclipse amps and 2 JL 10'' subs. I want to put in some sort of DVD system. My car (Mazda 6s) is not double din friendly, so I will need to have a LCD screen mounted in a map pocket on my dash board (preferably 6-7'' LCD). I also have a 30GB IPOD thats about all i listen to these days currently hooked up through AI-Net adapter. Knowing this what is the best route to take?

I have looked at the DVA 9861, 7796, 9860 and then just some random LCD screen. I assume a random touch screen will NOT work with any of these? (as far as the touch screen part goes).

I ran across a DVA-5210. Would this hooked into like the TME-770 work well? Or maybe a different random touch screen?
