From the same seller I found this amp on ebay. If seems like it would be more powerful and come in just a bit more money.

I personally ended up buying the amp from 41hz and built it last weekend. It sounds awesome and is incredibly small. In the future I may end up trying on of the pre-assembled ones (such as the one above), but 41hz does make great sounding amps.

Is that comparable in quality to the 41hz kits? I know it's cheaper which might compromise quality. I'm looking to save money, but not at the expense of sound.

Also, I want to put a subwoofer amplifier in the carputer if possible. Does a subwoofer require a very particular type of amplifier (class D), or can any amplifier with the appropriate power ratings handle it?

I have a full size conversion van that I intend to put a single subwoofer in. It will be modest at best, since I don't need a huge thump. Could I bridge the 2x100w amp to push 200 watts on a single channel or perhaps the 4x100w amp to push 400 watts on a single channel?
