Aux Input Cable for MP3 Player - 2000 Accord

I'v been trying to find out if its possible to modify a stock stereo (2000 Accord) and add an aux Input Cable for an MP3 Player (not just for ipod). Is is possible to use the input for the external cd changer?? There is no tape deck in this stereo, just CD. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Yes, ti is possible, so long as your stock stereo has CD changer controls.

Yes it does have CD Changer controls and input in the back. Is there an adapter with that can plug into the stereo and then the other end into and MP3 player?

Yes there is. Refer to the link bugbyte gave, and input your car. It shows there is an adapter for your car for $60.
