Blaupunkt CD Changer Protocol.

I am trying to engineer a Blaupunkt CD Changer emulator to allow communication with an ipod.

I cant seem to find any info regarding the Blaupunkt protocol used for communication between the head unit and the changer unit.

I have seen a few people have tried this but they all seem to report differing information.

Does anyone know what the frame structure used is? Stop Bits? Start Bits? Parity Bit?

I have read some people have said it is 9 data bits and others 8 data bits which is correct?

Are there any blaupunkt data sheets available or tech info?
