What do you need to use the mic for?

Have you looked through your manual for the MB at all. All the information about connections and jumpers should be all illiustrated within the manual.
And what are you using to connect the MB pins on the board itself to the mic socket.
So from what I understand, you are attempting to use the front panel output as a mic input. The only way I can think of that would even make that possible is if your MB and operating system had support for HD audio.
IF this is the case and both are true, then when you plug in the device into the audio plug, the OS prompts you that a device was plugged in and asks you to assign this port for a specific I/O for audio. This feature may be turned off, so I would snoop around the audio settings.

No I think I didn't explain well, I don't want to use the front panel output as a mic input
I want to use frint panel to conect to the GM , but using front panel makes the MIC not working due to jumper settings I think.

I dont know what else to tell you but check out your motherboard manual for any instructions on how to do what you are trying to attempt, if it is even possible with your MB. If you can source your manual to here or provide a link so I can read where it states if/how you can do this then I can probably translate any instructions if you're having a hard time understanding what you need to do.

OK, now why aren't you just using the rear panel audio out jack?
