Red face Help: PC Speakers In My Truck?

I have a 97Ford Ranger, and I'm to cheap to get a real sound system, so i wanted to put my pc speakers(http://tinyurl.com/6pzff) in my truck and was wondering if i can direct connect to my battery or do i need to use something else.
The speakers have 12V 4.3A Power adapter
