Once my car starts speakers go crazy?

Hi ive just reinstalled an amp in my car just the same as i had previously but this time when the car is not started the speakers function properly but as soon as i start the car they begin to pop crackle and fuzz not sure wat this could be. I have another amp running a sub in the car but that has no problems. what could be causing this? Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

does it happen while the carPC is plugged in? or how about if an MP3 player is plugged it?

is there a head unit involved?

One of the usual causes is poor wiring connections.

could this have anything to do with my grounding? Both amps are grounded at the same spot and only one makes the strange sounds once the car starts?

If worked before and all you did was remove and re install it, you buggered up something in your wiring.

Most likely a poor connection somewhere........
