Dodge Subwoofers

I have a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup and was wondering what would be the best way to spend on subwoofers in terms of cheapest, most wattage, and the most space saving (would rather have subs in rear doors). Would like to keep it under $100 for 2 subs in rear. Thanks
