car audio components comparison and rating?
where can I find car audio components comparison and rating?
Speakers , amplifiers subs
Alpine, Infinity , pioneer , Kenwood, etc
what's special in each brand/component?
Any one has enough experience in more than one model can share?

I could not find comparison, user opinions are for users tried a certain brand , not comparing.
do you know any site having such comparison?

I'll tell you an example , I wanted to buy a sub , I read good reviews about JBL and punch
but a friend who tried both told me , JBL is warmer , punch you feel as if you're in a disco.
but both are very good.
got my point?

Yes, I get your point.
However, this is a forum about VEHICLE COMPUTING.
While car audio is usually integrated into a vehicle computer system, the comparison of brands isn't our focus.
And I'm certain that if you look around enough, you'll find what you're looking for.

You just don't get it, do you?
Yes, this is the car audio section. It's for car audio in relation to a vehicle computer. The subforum ties into the focus of the entire website, and quite nicely, I might add.
I'm telling you... You need to find a site that focuses on car audio for such comparisons. You will not find them here.
I'm sorry if this really upsets you. The information you seek is not where you want it to be. I feel for you.
However, I did a quick Google search for CAR AUDIO COMPARISONS and found quite a few likely options for you.
I don't see what is so bloody difficult for you to do the same.
In the time you spent rationalizing reasons that comparison info should be here, you could have found what you're looking for.

Don't worry Naga, if you can't tell by his signature he's the rude welcoming committee to everyone that asks questions. This is a tech forum meant to provide information so I'm not sure why so many people have a problem with those of us that come here to do that. Try going here and doing a search for the speakers you are interested in comparing and read what the people who have them have to say about them then when you've narrowed your search down a bit ask them for a direct comparison. They'll likely be friendly over there:

Yeah, I'm rude.
I'm in your face and brutally honest.
I don't hold back my opinions, and it upsets people whose skin isn't particularly thick.
I'm generally perceived as rude and "not nice".
I can live with that.
I understand how people would think that this is a forum to discuss car audio. It is certainly related to our hobby.
But here's a logical, comparative example:
You log onto a forum set up to exchange recipes and you go in asking about comparisons between KitchenAid or Cuisinart brand products. It simply isn't appropriate.
Now, there may very well be participants on that forum that have experience with both and are likely to give information.
Understand that the majority of us here don't have the comparison information you're looking for, as I stated.
There are other locations on the vast internet that are likely to have the comparison information you seek. And I said just that in the very first response.
But you persisted.
"But I want to compare brand A vs brand B."
"But this is a car audio section, right?"
You weren't satisfied with an honest, realistic (albeit smart-alecky) answer.
So rather than do some digging for your research, you push a bit and you push until you get an in-your-face response.
We aren't members of this forum to do your research for you. I honestly can't understand why people (not only yourself) persist in trying to get information out of people when there are multiple other sources where the information can be obtained.
I hate to break it to you, but this hobby is not for people who need information handed to them on a silver platter. In order to pull off a successful installation and keep it maintained, you're going to need to think on your feet, do some research and figure some things out on your own.
That includes doing research.
I applaud SuperJ for being far nicer than myself. That same site was one that was listed when I plugged those keywords into Google. I expect you'll likely find the comparisons you seek on that site, as well as others that focus specifically on car audio.
I, for one, am not going to spoon-feed you, or anyone else. I'll help you with problems. I'll point you in the right direction for your answers. I'll help you troubleshoot when you're at wits end. I'll try to get you to figure out what is going on.
I will not, however, simply give you answers.
Sometimes my brand of "help" is making people realize that the roundish appendage atop their shoulders is more than just a hat rack.

m8 I can reply to each sentence , I don't like such way of conversation which drags that post far away.
I'm the one who is sorry to say , I didn't ask for your life lessons.
I didn't ask you to do something for me. as you felt.
All I can say , that if I MUST reply I WOULD say a useful thing or I WOULD not reply at all
Playing the instructor game is something I don't like.
That's me.
The only lesson you could teach me , is not to ask for you help or even think about.
Thanks m8.

Go to Car Toys or some other car audio store and listen to all the different brands and models yourself. In the end, its your opinion that matters, not some reviewer's.
And IMO, Darque DID reply in a useful way -- this is a forum dedicated to the discussion of car computing, not car audio. The car audio section is for discussing how to get your car audio to work with your carpc (sound cards, ground loops, other interference). If you want detailed reviews of different audio components, then look on a forum that is dedicated to that purpose.
I just did a quick Google search for "car audio forum" and looking here at these results...
www.caraudioforum.com
www.caraudiotalk.com
forum.sounddomain.com
Questions like his get flamed because they ask something that could easily be answered by a quick web search.

i agree with them above, even if he is a rude bugger he is right
the wise old saying comes to mind here
Quote:
"give a man a fish and he will eat for a day
teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat all day and drink beer"
go find a good respected shop locally, ask then questions, say what you want and expect and listen to stuff, speakers i like might not be your "style".
its you who needs to like a system.. and the most amazing speakers might be out of your price range. a shop should be able to tell you what you can afford and give an idea what i may sound like in your car.
when i had my shop almost 15 years ago now thats what i did. you know after a while, that this speaker will sound really nice with this persons music taste but wont deliver for someone who want some serious noise.
you be the judge, as its you who has to listen to it
