catchmebumpin is an unknown quantity at this point
Help please my 12v and ground touched!!!!

last night i was disconnecting the amp and on accident i let the 12v go and it touched the ground and made it big spark. now the led light on the amp will not turn on anymore and my battery on my car is dead ... did i fry my amp?? help needed this is my amp

First, check your fuses. They should have blown. There may be a fuse in the amp also.

Second that...Haha I have done this and it is fun to watch. I doubt your battery is "DEAD" check it with a meter if you have one. But start searching for blown fuses, that is what they are there for.
