Compatible Amp for MTX Subs

hi, i was planning on getting this- Dual 10" Vented Enclosure Sub Box Loaded with Two T4510-04 10" Sub woofers

the link is below and first i wanted anyone's opinion on what they think of this Sub and also i was trying to figure out a good amp to go along with it. I just want a good sounding low end since i already have an aftermarket Pioneer head unit and Infinity speakers.

I'm a little confused on the channels options on amps and why some are mono, 2, 3, 4...

any opinions would be appreciated, thanks.
