are you trying to run the stock HU wit the carputer? if not go get a metra kit that will plug into your bose amp under the passenger seat that will convert it into rca's, then plug those rca's into the sound card of your computer. easy as that. i have an rsx too and currently working on carputer. let me know how you do.

yes, that will work. it is very similar to the harness that i used in my eclipse-- you basically just need to attach the rcas to the sound card outputs, and connect the amp remote turn on wire to a switched source.
