Choosing speakers

Alright so arund christmas time I want to get all new speakers and a 4 channel amp for my 98' lincoln town car here is what im thinking

Power Acoustik BAMF-1200/4 (BAMF1200/4) - http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...MF1200-4-.html

Alpine SPR-17C - http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...e+SPR-17C.html

I want to know if this seems like a good setup to any of you....and if not what could i replace these components with to get the most out of my money i want to keep the price of each around the same as what I have listed and the best SQ i can get for that much...

As of now i will have the following around xmas:

pioneer premier 510ud

alpine type r 6.5" speakers (x4)

Power Acoustic Bamf amp

2 10" mtx subs

Coustic 401 db mono amp

ANY INPUT IS GREATLY APPRECATED

Thanks in advance

all of this is personal preferance. if you feel those are the best products you can get for the money you are willing to spend on car audio, than they are perfect.

everyones taste and expectations of a audio system are different.

for instance-- i am relatively happy with my setup- full active crossovers, 2 10" kicker cvrs, alpine and sony amps, and some 5-1/4" pioneer rev series components.

but i hate my cousins setup-- 2 12's, 6 1/2's in the doors, and crossed over at the amps... i think it is too bassey, and the mids lack depth. but it is the perfect setup for him, and he couldn't be happier with it.

For the amp, you will get slightly better quality and cost/dollar with Hifonics instead of the PA.

For the speakers, the coaxials you posted would be fine for the backseat, but usually you will want to get component set for up front. Most cars are not easy to get good sound quality without testing several tweeter mounting locations.
