Anyone Want to go halves on a pair of Infinity Speakers?

I want to purchase 1 speaker for my center channel. Right now I am using one of the stock speakers that i replaced when I upgraded to Infinity 6x8's

Now i want to get a nicer center channel but they only come in pairs. I am open to the series but i am pretty much set on Infinity speakers. If you are thinking about a surround sound setup and are going to need a center channel maybe we could help eachother out and go in on a purchase together.

Antimatter - have you checked out the Clarion SRK-5? It looks like a really nice center channel speaker with an included amp.

Nah.... i think that the best thing for me to do is get a pair of Infinity speakers and split it with someone that has the same Surround sound goals as me.

Any one out there??? If you plan on putting in a center channel Please Post. Lets go halves

you might be able to find a great deal on ebay for just one speaker......

Yea... there was one individual infinity that was in the UK that i missed. I will keep an eye out there

Speaking of eBay, could you not buy two speakers ten sell the other on eBay? A lot of hassle I know but easier than waiting for someone to go halves...

i doubt you could get half the price for just one speaker on ebay..honestly...who buys one speaker

Yea... no kidding.

Although this one infninity speaker went for about 15 bucks. it was a 6 1/4 round 2 way.... perfect

well..thats my point. you buy a $100 pair of speakers and have to sell one for $15. dont think thats worth it. if you sit tight im sure another one will come along, just keep your eyes peeled
