Looked on the clarion site for the EQS744 mentioned above, in the manuals sections I saw the EQS560 (not listed in the Clarion products page for some reason).

A little cheaper than the EQS744, but no balance control from the looks of it. I think that the fader is probably the minimum must have, but balance controls would be nice. Found this for $50 in froogle.

Does anyone know if these EQ's increase the line level voltage? from the manual i cant be sure...
