Multiple Sound Outputs
Hey guys... im gonna be hooking up my PC very soon and plan to have two screens one for the driver (ie Navigation) and the other in the passengar sunvisor for DVD
now ill have dual monitor support so i have it figured out how to display 2 different things on each monitor, but I'd like to be able to output two different audio lines from the computer... one being DVD playback, and the other being everything else... i'd send the dvd playback to some headphones for the passengar that way the driver can still enjoy their music and voice prompts on there nav
any way of doing this?

you'd need two sound cards have dvd playback on one card, voice prompt and mp3 on the other.
oh yea, you're not allowed to wear headphones while driving. at least not in illinois.

Winamp can be setup to use a specific sound card.(Plugs-in, Output) Most programs just use the default "Primary Sound Driver." Poke around in the options.

Offtopic: If it's illegal to wear headphones for driver, so how can he use his handsfree (lets say the one that comes with Nokia 6230, which has bi-aural earphones)?
