I need a new amp

Does anyone know of a amp that will drive 2 tweeters, 5 speakers, and possiblely one sub?

You can group the tweeter and woofer into one channel if there are passive crossovers inbetween them. Is the 5th "speaker" (I guess you mean woofer) a center channel?

well it depends on how you want to run your speakers. Are your tweeters part of a component set with passive crossovers? Do you want to loose sound qualitly and run speakers in 2ohm parrell?

i own an 2002 eclipse. The 5th speaker is located in my clock in the center of my dash.

If you want to drive the tweeters seperate from the 'speakers' then you're going to have to go with multiple amps. I've never seen an 8 channel amp and if I did, I'd have to think its total crap.

Like the suggestions above, if you use a passive crossover (which is usually included with the tweeters) you could run 2 of your speakers and the 2 tweeters off of 2 channels. Then you'd only need a 6 channel amp. There are many amps marketed for exactly this purpose... 5 full range and 1 subwoofer channel.
