Unhappy AUX Cable causing problem Plz Help

Hi,
I bought a CAD value Pioneer AUX cable and it doesnt output sounnnd to my front left speaker as the rear is for the handsfree but the front left works with my cd player. I made my AUX cable out of a old bus cable.
All my sound works perfect but i get 2 clicks every few seconds in the speakers, and this doesnt happen when the stereo is in cd mode, So what is the Problem?

Also i havent cut all the cd changer leads so they are loose and seperated from touching each other?

So what is the prblem?
