car amp with ....

sorry bit of a noob here but are their any car amps that take a digitial IN?

(not sure what it is called exactly, like the digitial out from a audigy zx/maudio 5.1.... is that spdif?)

would be nice and less hassle for a 5.1 system IMO. since one wire from pc to amp and then out to the speakers i think.

any advice appreciated.
