Cheap way to voltages to match up?

Hey, I'm working on a headunit-less install now and wanted to know how I could boost the levels on the outputs of say a SB Live(or Audgity) USB card to the normal RCA input levels on an amp? I know red suggested using an EQ but is there a cheapass way to do this? Should I even worry about it? (I haven't had a chance to hook it up normally to see how it sounds yet tho...maybe I'll do that now.)

Results from happy fun test - it's plenty loud just hooking it up normally to the amp.

edit: Just noticed I bridged the speaker. 100 watts -> 60w max pos I had lying around the house...but it didn't blow and my ears feel like they want to start bleeding now.
