Xenarc PC sound problem
HI!!!
I have a problem with my xenarc, i conected the line out on an amplifier and...
what the F***?????
i hear a strange sound... like: zzzzvzvvzvztstsvzvzzssssshshshshsvzzz (i can't explain it better!...
any help???

Does it happen in the house connected to a normal amp? Or just in the car?

Sounds like inverter noise possibly, I get it in my car but then again, my whole install is behind the dash - PC being moved to the boot to hopefully overcome this.

yeah i was wondering why he said that!
Kostas, You do know the audio on the Xenarc is a line in for the internal speaker don't you? - ie something not many people will ever use!

Yep that was what I was thinking but I thought I'd ask if it was actually in the car yet.... Usually these kind of posts say 'it worked fine in the house but as soon as I put it in the car....' LOL

Yeah i jsut presumed that cos he said amp he means his car amp. But you know what problems presumption causes! Lol, his thread will be on page 2 by the time he answers you!!!

LOL it is. Let's go back to assuming he's got a xenarc monitor, and then assume that he's hooking up the LED to his amplifier and work from there  and see what kind of solution we can come up with

hehe I say chop all the connectors off, including the VGA, and solder half up to the battery +ve and the rest up to the battery -ve
