Noise floor and crossover levels

At what signal level can something be comfortably considered to be below the noise floor? Using my current software filters I'm ending up with signal to noise of 95db or so post crossover. Do I need to try to increase that or should that be sufficient? (ie: match current hardware Xovers).

Also, should I decrease the slope of the transition bands? They're pretty steep atm. (crossover points from the speaker manufacturers)
