I have called them, and they sent me a manual that was half french half english.Luckily the bi-amplification was in english and stated that you have to cut a link between the woofer and the tweeter as shown in the diagram, then the diagram show the x-over as a whole unit, very useful to understand where this link is.....
Come on,there will be someone with the focal utopia(the model previous to the utopia be).

Some comment first:
-the tweeter level seem to have no effect
-if i put the woofer on the right input it seem to cut out most of the bass
-if i put woofer on the wrong input(OPTION) the woofer play fine but the tweeter seem to work worse.

So there is definitely something wrong, since the OPTION inputs should be used as input for the tweeter on by-amping configuration:

Here are the photos:

I can't get those pics to come up...it just takes me here automatically:

??

from what you are saying about your woofers...it almost sounds like you might have some phase issues....might want to double check your positive and negative leads on your speaker wires?

Try copy the address instead of just clicking on the link.
Regarding the woofer,do i have to check just the woofer connection or the input on the crossover?
Because i noticed the installer was using inversed polarity on the input of the xover, but just on one door...
I hope the color of the speaker connector are right.

check all of your speaker connections

I don't see anything immediately in those pictures, but gimme some time and I'll look more indepth....probably when I get home tonight

the installer? so you had someone else install all of this?

if so take it back to him and tell him it's not sounding like you think it should!

I leaved the car many times to him telling it wasn't right but never changed, now i'm tired.I spent a lot of money for a bad and ugly install,i hope i can fix it by myself since the installer isn't capable. How can i know the red and black connector coming from the car are actually of the right color?Using a voltmeter?
Today i'm going to buy an audiocontrol matrix, and the seller is a focal dealer,i hope he can help me,but i don't count too much on him,he didn't even know the utopia could be bi-amped.

are you 100% sure those are the utopia crossovers?

I don't see a switch anywhere on there for bi-amping, or even a jumper for it for that matter.

one question I have is what's up with the excessive silicone hot glue looking stuff...whatever it's called.

I know some is completely normal, but after seeing it on the zip-tie in that one picture, I'm not so sure that all of it is factory from Focal...

are those crossovers just zip-tied to your door? or are those screws actually holding the cross-over to the door and the zip-tie is doing something else?

yeah that's a lot of hot glue. Try taking the board completely off the plastic casing and get pictures of the actual traces.

I have a feeling the previous owner rigged it up to biamp not really knowing how to do it.

The xover is fixed to the door by that black strings, the glue was only to fix them more steadly,it was applied by the installer, there was no visible glue before.
Yes,they are the original xover,i still have the plastic cover with focal utopia written on.
I talked to another installer today,he seemed quite prepared on the focal,he said the jumper for bi-amping are the red one ,like the one near the tweeter level but he couldn't remember if they were 4 or 2 like i have. It's strange because the italian focal distributor talked about something near the inputs, whilst my jumper level is totally opposite,i think there could be another 1 or two on the input.
However this installer agreed with me that they didn't sound like it should.
