Looking for small amplifier

I couldn't think of a god way to search for this, I used small amplifier, mini amplifier etc and found nothing.

Anyway I.m looking for a small 4 channel amplifier, esentially I don't want to have a headunit in my second car anymore (don't really want one in my thrird eather) Esentially if I would really like a amplifier from a head unit without a headunit, or any small amplifier I could hide INSIDE my dash with minimal modifications on a completly stock 89 supra I'd like to put back as is.

what size dimensions are you looking for? Why not take a stroll to best buy, circuit city, al & eds, and the local hole in the wall radio shops to see what first your need. Most reall small amplifiers suck because they are not capable of housing the required electronics for good clean amplification. Maybe you could look at mounting under the driver or passenger seat? I have a fairly small crossfire amp that I used in another car, but I doubt it would fit inside the dash. I'm not familiar with the trunk but maybe you could hide it between a body panel and the carpet covering.. I had an old camaro that had big voids between the actual metal body and the molded plastic carpet cover it.

none of the stereo shops had an amp small enough to fit in my dash, so i wound up picking up up an older targa 200w 4-channel amp (picture) for $15 on ebay.

I have a Blaupunkt PA-4100. Very small and good power, runs pretty cool too not needing a bulky heatsink. It's discontinued now though, so I don't know about availability.

WOW thanks guys, I need to look through all this info.

I would prefer that everything is kept in dash, but if need be I'll mount under the pasangers seat, (derivers seat has zero space.

old school sony headunits had the amplifier section outside of the headunit. Figure a box about 4x3x2 with RCAs and everything. Should be cheap if you can find one.
