What Soundcard with this setup?

If i'm going to be running 4 speakers (2 front 2 rear) and then 4 subs (8" subs)...what sound card would be able to output enough to run that? And it needs to be a USB sound card...would this sound card be sufficient? i just don't think it has enough outputs.

or even this one

i want to stay away from the NX because i've heard hibernation complaints...but if those two work...which one has better sound quality and higher voltage output?

in terms of amps...i'm running a 4-channel alpine amp currently for my 4 speakers...and i'm not too sure about my amp or amps for my subs...but most likely 2 amps for my subs, or 1 amp with those outputs (i'm not as familiar with subs/amps as i am with speakers/amps) i hope that information helps...

I have the first one straight to my 4-ch amp for my speakers. I don't have subs, yet, but it works great with my four component speakers.....no hibernation issues either
