Yes CINCH is RCA but I thought that it was CINCH in english.
I have already fond the adaptor you showed with your first link but THIS IS NOT what i am looking for.
SPDIF is numerical, not analog.
I am looking for the same adaptor but with several RCA output (FR,FL,RR,RL and sub).
Having searched for hours on google but nothing.
Perhaps an adaptor SPDIF-->FR,FL,RR,RL and Sub would exists but not found.
Please help.

SPDIF is digital - are you looking to convert from SPDIF RCA or just analog RCA? there are two different kinds of RCAs
You're asking for an adapter that will take a single input and spit out 5 outputs...it won't happen
short of an EQ or the like, it won't happen

 That'what i am looking for.
(Optical)___Toslink --> FR,FL,RR,RL and Sub___ (RCA)
or
(RCA)______SPDIF --> FR,FL,RR,RL and Sub___ (RCA)
Is there any DAC (digital to analogical converter) ?
Or digital processor DSP????

the alpine PXA-H701 will do it, but I don't know if that's in your price range or not..
there are a few older versions (different part numbers) and a few basic EQs that will do it...
is something like that what you want?

There is a device that takes an input of an optical cable and outputs up to 4 pairs of RCA's.............it's called a Digital Sound Processor. Alpine makes a few nice ones.

Thank you Red GTI VR6 and 3onDubs for reply,
The alpine could be a solution.
Bur there are many features that i will never use on it for this price( could be reomte via Alpine touch screen displays, etc...).
Would rather find a little CHEAPER (because the alpine is from AlpineF#1Status!!!!) adaptor like Asian could do...but never found.

To convert from digital to analog, you have to use either a processor (alpine pxa-h510 or pxa-h600-> I know someone in France that is selling one for 140 euros, or panasonic ones) or a sound card with optical input.
I am experiencing the solution using a pxa-h600, much cheaper than the h701 but I think I need to have a HU with optical output to activate the optical input of the pxa...
There is perhaps a way by building your own DAC (I have seen some project for home conversion, It may works in a car too).

the alpine is from F#1 status? hu? the H900 is the F1 status piece, not the 701...
sure, the alpine does a lot that you don't need, but you also don't have to use it all...honnestly, the piece would probably cost the same if it had those functions built in and if it didn't...it's mostly just software coding...
I use very little of the 701 features, but it's WELL worth it still.

You should search for an Alpine PXA-H510. It will have less features than its older brother, the H701, but it will still do what you want for a much cheaper price.

For the h510 (like for the old h600), I think it will need an alpine HU to activate the toslink input. Am i wrong?

you will need the display at least I believe, whether it's a head unit or the processor display

You all seen that alpine it is not the best solution...expensive, features don't needed, ..need a alpine display ???...To much much question than responses from my question....
my dream would be like this :
but with all RCA output, not only the coaxial output; little case, no brand (so cheaper than alpine)...and simple features.
