best wired fm modulator

I've gone through all the possible options...and i've finally come to the conclusion that i need a wired fm modulator.

I'd like get everyone's opinion on what the best ones to use are...

I know there are a lot of them out there, but I was just curious if anyone had some recommendations...

IMO - not a single one is worth a damn.....but others disagree..

I have had good luck with the audiovox.

It would be best to find another answer though.

The problem I have found with FM transmitters (both wired and wireless) is noise gets into the system when you power them off the car battery. Otherwise I get a clean signal when I power them off batteries.

I have no intention of having to change batteries every week or so. The car computer setup is supposed to make my life easier, not harder.

Tried powering it from your PC's PSU?
