Blew Amp?

So I got my M2-ATX today. After hours of work it was time to test. I was lazy and couldnt get into the REM wire going to my amp using my single stranded wire, so I said **** it, and just hooked IGN wire into the REM on the amp. So basically the PC was hooked into the 12v in series after the amp. Now my amp doesnt work and the PC didnt work. Did I ruin the amp? I may have messed up the 12V wire its coming from but I dont know. I figure the PC didnt boot because its an M2-ATX and Im not entirely familiar with it, or maybe the ON/OFF was backwards (+,-).

So all you did was hook the IGN wire from the M2-ATX into the REM wire on the amp? That in and of itself shouldn't harm anything, but maybe you just blew a fuse.... if you haven't already check any of all fuses in your system (in the amp, in any of the 12v power lines, etc...)
