Problems on Carputer to HU

Alright, So Ive given up the MP3 for a carputer upgrade. NOW, I have a Pioneer Prestige. It has 2 AUX IN units, and 2 rear speaker attatchments. How do I get from my puter to the HU with the HU controlling the sound. Basically, I want my puter to send the signal of music and my HU to control sound and bass and treble. If I go in through the AUX inputs, then the puter controls it and the HU has no control, its just puter to speakers. If I go in through the rear inputs, then it only rear. If I splice the cables, and use like a T connector (Because Ill still want radio through the HU to go to my speakers) How do I connect them to the puter?
I have no Amps, and If I get one will that solve my problem? If it is, Im assuming Ill need a 4 channel Amp? If I get the Amp, will that go to all of my speakers through the HU or will the amp just bypass the HU. From the pictures, I assume that the puter is the only thing on the amp and the HU uses its own power. Is that right?
Ive been looking all over this site and what I have is what you see, so any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

If the HU has Aux INPUTs, it should control the volume of those inputs.

I assume you mean a Pioneer Premier series? What model? If it's a Pioneer, usually you need an adapter for the aux input. I think you're talking about Pre-amp outputs currently on there.

What model is it?

The problem is, when I put my MP3 player through the AUX inputs, they play through the speakers fine, at the power of the input device. IE, the MP3 player or the computer. I needed RCA adapters for the inputs, which I have. HOWEVER, again, the stereo doesnt control the sound. Unless Ive somehow found a new way to interface that was never intended...which with my luck is possible.

Is that what you're using as the AUX input? Do you have the Aux input turned on in the function menu of the unit (where you set the clock?)

I have had several Pioneer DEHP series units, and i've never had the problem you seem to be having, where the HU is not controlling the audio on the aux input.

Edit: Oh wait.. Apparently the Premier is different. Are you using the Aux input on the FRONT of the unit?

2 aux input one in the front and one in the rear. The rear aux in needs that cable. The PDF doesn't mention anything about volume control, or lack of, for the aux inputs. I only skimmed it though, you can download it from pioneer's website.

I dont remember that plug being on the back of my HU. Ill have to pull it out and verify that thats there, but It may be. If thats the case, then will that solve my problem? Go from that funky lookin plug to RCA, RCA to 1/8 jack then to puter?
The Aux input in the front is an 8/32 input jack. I can use that, but it looks like *** and pulls my faceplate loose.

yeah get a cd-rb10... then get a headphone jack to rca splitter to plug from the computer to the head unit... you can adjust the sound from the audio menu... if the source level from the auxillary isn't as loud as the other sources... radio.. cd.. then first make sure the volume on the computer is turned up... if it is then go to the SLA menu... that lets you adjust different sources volume so they are all the same level that way you don't have to turn the volume up or down everytime you switch sources

It sounds that with a CD-RB10, I will still be listening to music off of the power on the device in the Aux input, not through the stereo. I want the stereo to control the volume and the power of the music, not the device playing the music. Basically, I want it it so that when I turn my radio up the music gets louder. If I turn up the volume on my puter, either nothing will happen, or the music will get louder.
To do this, will I have to tap into the 4 cables coming off the back of the HU and connect them to the puter some how?

Wow..

Okay, the point of the CD-RB10 is it is, other than the 8/32" jack on the bottom of the faceplate, THE ONLY WAY YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GET AUDIO INTO THE HEADUNIT.

By getting the adapter, and plugging it into the back of the headunit, and getting a mini-jack to RCA cable, the output of your computer or mp3 player will go through all the processing in the headunit, including volume.
