New here, Help with Innovatek DVD-393

I'm looking at an Innovatek DVD-393. I dodn't know anything about the unit other than what they tell you. Does anyone have one of these and do you know of any reviews on it? It seems like a sweet unit. Just don't like getting burned on a new product line. Any help would be nice. Thanks

You do realize that the vast majority of us install a full-on PC in our rides rather than one of these all-in-one units. The likelihood of anyone here having much information on it is pretty slim.

Good luck with your search, though.

Angry Total Pos

Either my unit is defective, or its a total turd. I bought mine a few weeks ago and have not been able to get it to work on anything other than CD, SVCD and DVD. I have the 363TV. The FM tuner is very bad (and I'm not picky about FM), it plays *SOME* DIVX movies but doesn't play any of my mp3's, even CBR encoded 128kbs. The amp in it is pretty weak also. I can't say I expected much out of a $100 player but I wanted it to play mp3's and most divx movies.

Support from mp3playerstore.com has been worse than the player itself.

I came here looking for others that were able to get theirs working.
