AMP w/ digital input
I cant seem to find a amp with digital inputs that is still produced. It seems all the ones mentioned on here are out of production.
Any places that sell them or newer models?
Thanks

I've got one in the mail to me (at customs right now) that we might consider distributing soon... can't tell much more for the moment though.
There's a thread about this somewhere, but I'm too lazy right now...

True but you could just use software eq. I know it sucks
So which processor seems to be what people like?
THe clarion with the controller seems to be a good bang for the buck.
What do you recommend?
Thanks

Alpine H701 or the Zapco, the clarion is good, but it's not going to have NEAR the controllability of the previous two I mentioned.
It all depends on what you want to do and what abilities you want to have.
Regarding software EQs. I really hope you're not referring to the WinAmp eq...

LOL my Sb seems to have a pretty good EQ. I was acutally able to get decent base out of it. Still not the quialty i was hoping for. I seem to get a tab distortion at high volumes on some songs.

Hmmm kinda pricey. What is the model for the zapco one?
Looks liket he zapco are really for the car though.
What about the alpine h700 that comes with the controller?
[EDIT] ouch thats $$$ too.
Looks like the only option $300 and under would be clarion or a amp with digital, but not sure that will get me at least teh quailty i had with a headunit. I could go back to that . Are there headunits with optical in or i guess just the ones with the exturnal processors, which will cost too much.
