any suggestions on aftermarket harness for my radio

I have a Cadillac CTS with a computer i just installed. I am currently using an FM module but would like to tie-in my computer sound to the factory radio...

Any suggestions would be appreciated. The simpler the better....

thanks, here's a pic of my finished project....

I hate you, that looks brilliant.

Did you use your XM? If not, there's an adapter out there to take its place. Call Pacific Audio Control.

i'll check it out - but in answer to your question -no, no XM is in my car. Does this mean i can't use the harness?

do you want to make use of the Aux input? or would you rather prefer a wired FM modulator? It'll be better quality than a wireless option. I don't quite know which one you are currently using so i'm gonna have to assume it's a wireless FM modulator.

http://www.mobilcaraudio.com/catalog...38/2587406.htm
it's an Ipod interface w/ Aux input

Or you can use this
http://www.circuitcity.com/ccd/produ...!1162307271699
That SAYS it's for mobile video use, but its actually a universal wired FM mod. I used to install those into customer cars at Circuit

^^ basically PAC is a company that manufactures OEM integration parts. Generally used for their Aux abilities that tie into the factory CD changer ports as well as their steering wheel control interfaces. But check with the company to see if they have a Aux Input available for your CTS

Harness

I found some sound experts that built a harness for me and it works great. You must use a 2 channels amplifier to get a good audio from the PC and then connect the radio (ISO connector) and the PC (minijack) to this harness with 2 parallel relays that will allow you to switch from one source to the other using a button at the central console.

You can find all the information in my own project at:
