Exclamation Can this Amp work?

What's poppin ya'll! Yea I'm a newbie, but got a question. I was just giving a JBL 10" 1000 watt woofer and a lil Kicker Impulse 352 xi amp. I was wondering will this amp be able to push this woofer. Its going in a 2001 Firebird....just to have a lil bump in the ride. If anyone can help I would be thankful!!

that sub and amp will work.. just make sure to set the gains correctly. It's going to be a little underpowered 100wrms @12v 140wrms@14v but it should sound decent.
