Non-Factory upgrade

I have a non-factory stereo system existing:
Panasonic DVD
Kenwood 7" motorized screen
JL Audio 300x4 for components
JL Audio 500x1 for subs
Two JL Audio 12W3 v2's

I'm getting rid of the two head units (DVD and Screen) and putting in a 10.4" Xenarc touchscreen and an Aopen minipc (MP945-X). I have read tons of posts about USB sound cards and have many options. I have a very specific question about the possible sound cards that people have actually used. I've read tons of specs for cards that can do 2.1 (stereo with a sep sub output). Has anyone *actually used* a sound card that could fit based on the diagram I've attached?
