My next set up will hopefully have 6ch audio... i dont think rear fill is bad but its good to have the ability to adjust if you need it. Fade can be very handy at times.

Meh, i didn't exactly mean it's bad. It's just VERY VERY hard to stage it correctly to sound good. You obviously don't want them too high, and you don't want it to get the higher frequencies....again, it's all personal preference...i don't like rear fill all that much.

Sure, you could just get another 2 channel like the other guys/gals said. Remeber to run a reference ground from the head unit to the amp ground to eliminate a ground loop (alt whine)!
