2006 Subaru wrx Sti carputer to stock speakers?

Just got a new subaru. I was thinking of removing the 6 disc changer and adding a touchscreen. How do you get the audio from the carputer to the stock speakers without a stereo? In my infiniti i had a PAC AAI-NIS2 device that did it for me. Dont really want to run an amp or wires from every speaker.

does the car come with a stock amp? or does it get all of it's power off of the hu only?

I do not have a radio wiring diagram for a 2006, but I do have a diagram for 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STI.

The diagram shows no factory amplifier, optional or otherwise. This means you will need either use an aftermarket amplfier or relocate the head unit. There is a chance that an amplified audio system was added for the 2006 model year, but being a 6 disc changer it is likely the amp is built in.
