New Stereo for 2002 Chevy Tahoe

I bought a new stereo for my tahoe. I used an installation wiring kit but my speakers don't work. I have a second plug that was plugged into the factory head but has nowhere to plug into the kit. I am pretty certain this plug is for the speakers. I'm looking for a wiring diagram so i can hard wire or any other recommendations.

...did you wire the two adapters together?

With your stereo should be one, and with the wiring kit should be a second, the one from the wiring ki plugs into the cars stock connector, and the one from the stereo plugs into...the stereo. Then you match up the two by the charts explaining what wire is for what

The pink wire should be the factory amp turn on located in the second plug that you are not using. This wire should be hooked up the the blue/white wire coming out of the headunit you are putting.

Also, from now on, could refer any non-carpc related questions to here:
