New to Forums, question about my Jeep GC

Hey everyone. I have a 97 Jeep GC Laredo and it has the infinity sound system in it. I am wanting to upgrade the reciever first and then maybe the speakers later. This is the reciever I was looking at: http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pn...273636,00.html

I like this one just because it is fairly cheap and it has a port in the front for me to plug my Ipod into. What do you guys think. I really don't know that much about car audio so I am not sure how to pick out speakers and all that.
