smash it with a hammer?

or put in a CarPC...

Also we need a better question. By "don't work" do you mean that:
a) The CD gets a read error
b) Nothing happens
c) It plays but skips
d) The CD is stuck in the player
e) The radio shuts off
f) The self destruct sequence is activated

also is this with:
a) burned CD's
b) bought CD's

Provide more information to someone who might be able to help you?

Call the BMW dealer?

Ask this question on a BMW-specific forum?

These forums are all about putting PCs in vehicles. There might be someone here who knows, but you're far more likely to get a quick answer from a forum that is BMW-specific.

You never found that link, did you? Why? It's hard to find in the NavBar across the top of the forums, amongst a lot of other crap.

TELL MP3CAR YOU WANT A LINK TO THE FAQ IN A MORE OBVIOUS, NOTICABLE LOCATION HERE.

MatrixPC is on a distinguished road
If it is a "cd mp3" (I assume that it is a mp3 disc), then more likely it's a burn CD.
Also, does the HU (or the player) capable of playing mp3 disc?

I have seen commercial mp3 CD's before. Like from those vending machines for 1, they DRM the music too.
