Well...the smart *** answer is "there's a big dial on the front of your HU that turns one way or another..." but I think I know what you're actually talking about so I'll spare you.
While listening to the AUX channel, go into the Audio menu. There's a function labled 'SLA' (Source Level Amplifacation). If you turn that up (while listening to the AUX channel) you'll increase the amps your HU has dedicated to that source. Your Pioneer will save that in it's accessory memory but it'll keep the other source levels (i.e. the CD player and tuner) at zero. Nice little feature...
