In Dash DVD Reciever

Hi I just bought a 2000 Toyota Celica GT that has a TV Screen built into that dash but has a stock deck. My question is What kind of deck do I need to play dvd's off my deck. Can anyone suggest a deck that would work with this screen, play dvds, mp3 cd's, and have a AM/FM tuner all in one. I have been searching and the only thing I have found is the Dual XDVD8130 DVD Receiver but this already has a 2 1/2 " screen in it. Would this work or no? What other choices do I have and can you maybe provide a link to the deck? Thanks in advance guys.

Sorry about the double post but the screen Built into my dash is made by "Boss" and this dvd/cd-r/cd-rw/mp3 Reciever is also made by "Boss" and has a 2 1/2" screen in the deck so wouldn't this work?

A response ASAP would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Is this for a stock navi system?

You would have to find a DVD player with an output to go to the screen. You would also have to find the inputs for the screen.

Just because they are both boss doesn't mean that they are compatable.

You don't need to stick with the same brand for something like this necessarially.

First you need to find an adapter for the stock monitor and find out if it can accept another input. In doing so, you will be negating the initial purpose of the screen in the car. What is it used for now anyways?

Also, please understand that the members of this forum are here on their own accord. Asking for help ASAP will not get you help any quicker. Either someone has an answer for you or they don't.

The screen is just a flip down screen suppose to be attached to the cieling of your car to flip down and allow people in the back seat to watch a dvd but It has been mounted in my front dash. Running from the back of the screen are two RCA Wires. The guy i bought it from said all i needed was a dvd reciever capable deck and it will hook up fine.

The deck is not a navigation system it is just a stock cd/cassete/tuner deck. Ill look more into the wires coming from the screen tomorrow, but as of now i have to go to work. Thanks for your help!
