M2-ATX J6 sometimes 12V other times 6V

I'm having an issue with the M2-ATX. I have the J6 jumper setup to the remote portion of the AMP to turn it on. I've hooked a multi meter up to this and sometimes the jumper (J6) is show roughly 6V, other times 12V+

Most all the time it read 6V when the car is not running, just on accessory. When the car is running it jumps to 12V sometimes, other times stays at 6V....something up? I'm thinking about running ignition/accesory power from the cig light to the remote port on the amp if I can get this working.

pancit175 is on a distinguished road
I just replied on a similar thread about the m2-atx problems. It turns out that the remote out may be defective on some of those psu. While many have not had a problem, but few may not work properly due to voltage or current problems. Like I suggested before, a timed delay relay triggered by an ignition source may be your best solution if you dont want to get a different PSU.
