I would like to use KX for the crossover and gain part and use a VST 61-band EQ for tunning...

Is there a better way than a other to achieve this?

Does using the Winamp VST bridge is enought? Is there any quality lost you could think?


It would look like this:
Winamp->VST EQ->Resampling 16/48->KX

That looks good to me. Your other option is to use a parametric EQ P5 plugin in KX instead of the 61 band. Depends on which you prefer.

I think 61band will be better for tunning whit a RTA. Right now it's a bit hard whit Parametric EQs...
