HQCT working with Centrafuse 1.12
VEETID.....
Thank you for the latest of the Centrafuse Line. I think all of my past gripes have been resolved.
My HQCT is now working....
Last night uninstalled my older version of Centrafuse, deleted the directory and rebooted. Installed the new version and all seems OK.
I then configured the RADIO option for my HQCT, and it worked the first time... 90%. My only question is, when playing the radio, The sound quality is very basey and quieter than I would think it should be. Not muted, all volumes are set properly in windows.
I did try running the HQCT program and the sound output is correct.
Would anyone have any ideas?

This is the HQCT settings... They were hard coded in the last release...
I have added a config XML file to the HQCT radio module folder, so in the upcoming update release you will be able to modify the Bass, Treble, Loudness, and Volume...
I have 5 more fixes to make and then I will release an update and a new version...

question: will centrafuse pull hqct audio off of a sound card or does it have to be through the onboard sound card? I can't get hqct and CF to work properly with my current sound card.

For anyone who is interested, I have posted a modified build of the CFHQCT.dll that initialized the Loudness to 50, up to my server, for those who (such as myself) cannot be patient enough to wait for the built in support . Download at http://www.scottpm.com/cf/plugins/CFHQCT.zip. It pretty much gets rid of the "bassiness" that you hear.
EDIT : Built in support is here (V1.13).

Is your current sound card the default "Recording Device" in your Windows Sound Settings? I had an issue similar to this before and the problem was that the Windows Recording Device was set to my USB microphone, not the sound card that I wanted to pull audio from...

It is working well for me. Still some noise in the background that in the next few weeks I will be messing with, installing ground loop isolators and such, but overall MUCH better than the other NON-AUTOMOTIVE devices out there...
