Ive seen them for many versions in the past also. I hope they find why we aren't able to get titles before soon. I really don't want to try any other frontend. I really like the look of this one.

Odd, I didn't until this version.. I even touched the spot which changes it to different visualizations.. Musta been a glitch in prior...
However, still no song titles.. I believe he mentioned he was working on this.

For those that are NOT seeing channel icons, try going into settings and enable buffering for XM. You have to do that in order to get visualizations to work (which makes sense) and I wonder if there's a glitch and that dependency exists for the icons as well.

Yeah, I could also at 1.1x, but my truck is belly-up again I haven't loaded 1.20 so I didn't know if something may have gone sideways.

I always saw icons also. And I turn off buffering as soon as I install it. Enabling the buffer makes the sound sound so bad I cant stand to hear it!

I'd really like to get some comfort around the fact that the Flux folks will be able to figure out the deal with the song titles. Fingers are crossed!

I plan to build more test machines in hopes that one will give me this issue... We will get it worked out... We will be hiring a few new developers soon which will help take the load off of me and make things move faster...

David, find attached a screenshot. Just thought you'd like to see it. The XM module in CF will only display numbers... no letters.
As you can see, I used Xport3 to play around with virtual COM ports to see what would happen (after reading the post about GPS: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/1080222-post10.html - I wanted to see what I could figure out about XM). As you can see at the bottom of the Xport3 window in the screenshot, the data is being transmitted from the XMPCR. CF just isn't displaying it. FYI, the channel #'s you see in CF weren't even there (only dashes) until I created the virtual COM port 2 and ported 13 to it, like T-Bear did in the above-mentioned post. So creating the virtual com post gets you a little more info in CF, but still no letters
EDIT: Sorry... correction: the word 'Preview' is obviously displayed so certain words can be displayed.

Ok, I have the same weird stuff on my screen as NOLA111 has. Does anyone one else use XM and have this error? I want to know if this is an isolated problem, or a major glitch. I would love to have this issue resolved so I can give FLUX MEDIA my money!

Better yet, can anyone (other than David) verify that they are using a version of CF that is later than 1.13 with an XM PCR and DO NOT have any problems like this?
While we wait on that answer, for everyone who IS having this problem, maybe we can find a common element(s) that we all have.
Just curious, what COM port are you all on, and are you using PCR or XM Direct?
I'm on COM 5 with PCR.
