And still have no titles.. just random numbers as titles of the channels. Im currently missing some #s... like channel 63...

I noticed that sometimes the numbers that display are phone #'s for the current commercial on that channel.

Exactly. I noticed that too, and posted that over on the Flux forums a while back.
This sucks that David can't reproduce the problem because it makes it that much more difficult for him to debug based only on what we're reporting to him.
David, I'll send you my laptop if I have to, just PLEASE get this fixed
(I know you said you are looking at it later this week).
Once this is fixed, CF will be my ultimate app and I will be done having to mess with my pc all the time and I can actually ENJOY IT! (well, that and the DVD player in Vista too! )

I wonder if it would help if we give him remote access so he can play with it, and see whats going on. My computer is sitting on my bench until I get XM back up.

I'm certainly willing to let him if he feels it would help.

I am in the process of seperating XM into a seperate plugin, which will make it easier for multiple developers to work on the project...
also already started the Vista DVD player...

Great! Thanks for that update, David. Great idea of making XM separate!

Nola111, Are you getting all of your XM channels? I have a few missing here and there since my last reload. Ive tried refreshing channels a few times, and just letting my xm run, to update itself... still nothing...
Also, since he is going to make XM separate, is there a group of developers that work on XM that can look into the title issue? I am very surprised we aren't getting more people with this problem. Or in fact, ANYONE who says they aren't having the problem. I know there are many more XM users with Centrafuse on the site.

fwiw, I haven't even loaded 1.20 yet... My truck is hosed and out of commission - again.
I LIVE for XM, it's 99% of what I listen to in the truck. It's never been "right" in CF, and watching you guys talk about this isn't taking me much closer to buying CF.

there has to be some hardware that is the same... I have XM working 100% for most of our distros... They are hardware units that I have in house to test with and ensure that they work...
once it's seperated I plan to send it over to a developer I have lined up already to fix all the issues 100%...
david

@drblast - I think I get all of my channels, but I'll double-check against XtremePCR to make sure.
@midiwall - I've been waiting for XM to work fully w/o issue since February, so I hear you. The issue this thread relates to started a couple months ago and added to the fun.
@David - can you give us some sort of estimated wait time for a working XM module? I've been reading what you "plan to" do and what you have "lined-up" regarding XM for over 3 months now. I'm not trying to sound rude here, but come on. Now I have paid for the software... if you thought I was annoying about my XM whining before, I'm a paying customer of Flux Media now...

In the older versions of CF I didn't get all the channels. I cannot remember which update it was fixed. If you update to the current, you should have all the channels HOWEVER not all the channel icons are there. There are a few new channels that are not up to date or missing..
Example - channel 202 isn't High Voltage - It was changed last year to The Virus....

I know that my channels have a few missing #s missing in them. I didn't notice them before. Ill confirm if there is suppose to be anything on those channels tomorrow. Im using 1.2. Seems like I never had any issues before this release... WEIRD!

Post the channels on here that you are missing we can compare to ours... We could be missing some and not know it without verifying against XM's list...
