Playlist Export Utility for CF 1.2 +

I have created a utility that will export the Windows Media Playlists to CF 1.2

I have a large collection and it includes a lot of ratings and auto playlists.

I created this for myself, however, I thought someone else might get some use out of it.

I am also working on a Podcast plugin.

Please PM me and and I will e-mail you the file. it is more than the 200k limit.

Thanks,

John

I'm curious as to how this will work between two computers. Will I be able to transfer my playlist from my laptop to the carPC? I have the same songs on my laptop as I do on my carPC but I'm running Vista on the laptop and XP on the carPC. The folder setup in Vista is slightly different from XP but from the Music folder all my music is organized the same.

In the 1.2 version, David moved the playlists into the the

c:\docs and settings\<user>\Local Settings\Application Data\Centrafuse\Playlists\Folder in XP

My app get's the profile path from the windows registry so it should pickup the different in Vista.

I will test it this weekend.

Thanks,

John

You got a private message, John. I'd like to try your app, please!

Thanks!
