Wav's in Centerfuse?

Howdy All

I am trying Centerfuse out to see if I like it and well I ran into a Problem...

All my Music is In Wav Format and Centerfuse will not play it?

Is there a way to play wavs in Centerfuse or Dare I say it have to convert them to MP3?

I'd think that making FLAC files from y9oru mp3s is going to result in a lossless copy of a lossy format audio file. That would negate the benefits of FLAC and result in larger files than the original MP3s....

Unless I'm, missing something here...

what is your WAV format exactly, that is very strange because I can play wav files just fine... Anyone else have issues playing WAV? Can you play the WAV files just fine in WMP?

I'm pretty sure WAVs don't have any sort of info tags - right?

At any rate, IMO I'd encode your WAVs to FLAC anyway. Upsides = tag info, smaller size without sacrificing any data (lossless)
