rear camera capture utility

I have been using this little capture program (capture.exe), and I think that its the best/easiest most flexible tool to use for video capture (it doesn even require installation)
I dont want to take credit for it, since I found it on the mp3 car forums (I dont remember where), but I embedded it into CF and its amazing!
It embeds nicely, deploys immediately and has tons of features and options (right now i use it to capture uncompressed video at 640x 480) and it does it flawlessly!
The built in camera utility doesnt work as good, it gets stuck for a few seconds/minutes at a time, and it doesnt have the features this one does
My question to David, or anyone else that might know is: Can we REPLACE the built in camera button on CF to point to this utility?
At the moment I use an extra button for that purpose.
thank you

Why do you use capture.exe

Centrafuse is able to capture screenshots and videos, isn't it?

I didnt know it was able to capture screenshots with the built in utility, but regardless of that, it doesnt work very well in my G4
It seems to use up too many resources, it hangs all the time and it required reboot at least twice
the capture.exe uses the same hardware and works flawlessly
It could be me, Im new to CF
Ill report back when I install the 1.40 update

I can recommend Capture! too - its great and has a lot of features and speed that centrafuse doesnt. It can do split screen on 2 camera (front and back say) can capture on a rolling basis (so you always have the last 30 mins or whatever) - can archive the last xx minutes to a different folder with 1 button - can use any video/audio encoders you care to install (divx or whatever). I use it with a sony eyetoy camera (from a playstation - 2 pounds from ebay) and its great!
